Refund Policy
We offer a 15-day return policy under certain conditions. This means you have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return, provided the conditions outlined below are met.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return and refund:
- The item must be in its original condition (unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging).
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@kcsallnatural.ca. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that all shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at sales@kcsallnatural.ca so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Note: If a damaged order is replaced, the replacement delivery is not eligible for a refund or a second replacement.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Perishable and fragile goods (e.g., snack products, hygienic or single-use items, plant products).
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).
- Personal care products (e.g., beauty products).
- Sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you need is to return your current item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, as they are prepaid to a third-party shipping service.
- Replacement orders are not eligible for a refund after they have been issued.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
