  • Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping option delivers items within 3 to 9 business days for domestic orders (Canada) and 5 to 9 business days for international orders to the 48 Contiguous States in the USA. Orders are processed and shipped out within 24 to 48 hours.

Domestic Shipping

  • For our Canadian customers, we offer free standard shipping via Canada Post Expedited service for most products on orders over $50, excluding NT, YT, and NU. This initiative is part of our commitment to providing a seamless shopping experience.

International Shipping

  • KCS proudly serves customers in the 48 Contiguous States in the USA, offering a curated selection of health-focused products. Please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and fees, when applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • We provide tracking information for every order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package's journey via the carrier's website.
